The company's purpose is any activity in accordance with the LFAIE in the broad field of real estate, in Switzerland or abroad, including the purchase, sale, promotion, development, construction, renovation, transformation, brokerage, operation, management, leasing, consulting, or advertising of real estate, as well as any activity in retail trade, and any activity in the well-being sector. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and that promote its development, including taking participations in other companies. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad or found companies with an identical or analogous purpose, carry out all movable, immovable (the use of which is in accordance with the LFAIE) and financial operations and conclude any contract directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or likely to contribute to its development.
