The purchase, operation and sale of land and buildings, the administration of real estate, the construction of villas and residential buildings as a general contractor or architect, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, establish branches abroad or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
