Zürcher Türkisch-Islamischer Kulturverein für die Schweiz

The association takes care of the religious, national, cultural and social concerns of its fellow citizens in their region and works with Turkish and Swiss authorities to solve problems; the association strives to provide Muslims living in its area of operation with the necessary opportunities to practice their religion and to improve them; it provides information to those interested in Islam; if necessary, it purchases, rents or builds buildings for religious, social and cultural purposes; it carries out social, cultural and sporting activities; if necessary, it forms service groups within the association's premises; it promotes the social integration of the Turkish population in their area and conducts courses, seminars, etc. for this purpose; under no circumstances does it engage in political activities itself.
