The purpose of the company is to operate a marine dock/pier facility including a marine gas station on Lake Zug, to rent out boats (motor and non-motor pedal boats) and to sell fuel, food and beverages. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, take over related business operations, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, assume representations and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that may be suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are directly or indirectly related to it. It may acquire, manage and sell properties, copyrights, patents and licenses of all kinds.
