The foundation aims to provide child-friendly protection and promotion of children and adolescents who have migrated to Switzerland from abroad as minors and are staying in Switzerland without persons entitled to care. The foundation advocates for political, legal, structural and administrative framework conditions that enable child-friendly protection and promotion of children and adolescents. The foundation develops and implements projects, services and measures of all kinds that serve the accommodation, care and professional integration of children and adolescents. In doing so, it takes into account the individual abilities and competencies of the children and adolescents as well as their existing systems and social spaces. The foundation can establish or participate in companies, associations or foundations to fulfill the purpose of the foundation. In Switzerland, the foundation fulfills its purpose based on performance contracts with the respective cantons. The foundation can acquire real estate exclusively for the implementation of the foundation's purpose. The foundation is active in Switzerland and abroad at regional, national and international levels. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. The foundation has no commercial purpose and does not aim to make a profit. If such a profit is achieved, it serves the pursuit of the foundation's purpose.
