The company may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and take participations in all companies in Switzerland and abroad and carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire (in Switzerland, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE), alienate, encumber and manage real estate. It may provide financing either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as well as grant loans or guarantees to group companies or third parties.
