The foundation aims to provide additional pension benefits for the members of the management and executive boards of the group companies of the Mobiliar Group, in addition to the "Pension Fund for the Employees of the Mobiliar Group". The foundation grants pensions or capital benefits to the member in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need such as illness or accident of the member himself; in the event of the member's death, to the surviving spouse; in the absence of a spouse, to the life partner and to persons who were significantly supported by the insured member before their death; and in the absence of such persons, to their children, parents, siblings, and grandchildren.
