The company's purpose is to carry out all operations and activities in the field of real estate, as permitted by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), including in particular the purchase, sale, rental, promotion, transformation and renovation of real estate, the management and administration of all properties, real estate brokerage, real estate financing consulting and other diverse activities. The company may also: carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it; establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; take an interest, in any form, in similar companies; and grant loans to its associates and third parties.
