In this perspective, the company has the following objectives: applied research in socio-environmental accounting, dissemination, training, organization of events and publication of the results of these researches; design, development, distribution and trade in Switzerland and abroad of materials, software and web-based services enabling the identification, measurement and monitoring of the social and environmental impacts of business activities; provision of services in Switzerland and abroad in the field of information technology, in particular conceptual consulting, development, as well as general business management and training consulting services; development, acquisition and sale of patents, licenses, software and similar products; financing in Switzerland and abroad of projects aimed at limiting or repairing the impacts of human activities on the environment, in particular those aimed at regenerating biodiversity, preserving living soils or reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The company may, in Switzerland or abroad: grant loans to its associates or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment; carry out any financial, commercial and industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any business having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose.
