The Company's purpose is all activities in the design and marketing of video games. The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, process these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders of subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies, or third parties, if it is in its interest or in the interest of the group of companies to which it belongs; acquire, develop, manage, and exploit patents, trademarks, licenses, and intellectual property rights.
