Any activity requiring authorization as a bank or securities dealer is explicitly excluded. The Company is authorized to acquire, mortgage, alienate, broker and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire participations in Swiss and foreign companies, establish affiliated companies in Switzerland and abroad and carry out all operations and conclude contracts deemed necessary to achieve, directly or indirectly, the company's purpose.
