The company's purpose is to manage its own assets, both in Switzerland and abroad, through the acquisition, sale, administration, management, brokerage and taking of participations, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may carry out all operations of any kind directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees of any kind, either to third parties or to shareholders, if this serves its interests.
