In Switzerland and abroad, any activity in the field of goods or merchandise transport and customs clearance as a commission agent. The company may acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in companies of any type, excluding participations in companies holding residential real estate in Switzerland; the provision of services and financing to group companies to which it belongs, as well as any object related to the main purpose. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its associates.
