The company's purpose is real estate promotion, general contracting construction, brokerage of all real estate objects, as well as the acquisition, holding, and administration of shareholdings and the management of securities in other companies, investment, financing of real estate and movable property affairs, provided that they are not subject to the LFAIE. It may also create all branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans, notably to partners, acquire or create companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or sell real estate, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, and undertake all functions that are likely to develop the company's purpose or that have a direct or indirect relationship with its object, as well as all financial, real estate, or other operations directly or indirectly related thereto.
