The 42hacks Cooperative aims to accelerate genuine change for the climate and the environment by leveraging human potential worldwide, bringing together people and organizations from different disciplines in various formats to promote mutual self-help and synergies within the 42hacks Cooperative and its projects. The 42hacks Cooperative can engage in all commercial, financial, economic, and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It can establish subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, hold, and sell real estate. It can seek grants to carry out its tasks, in particular donations, sponsorships, project financing, and subsidies. The cooperative has a non-profit character, is not profit-oriented, and does not pursue any commercial purposes.
