HUBER+SUHNER Stiftung

The foundation's purpose is: a) to operate personal restaurants owned by the foundation, primarily for the benefit of HUBER+SUHNER AG employees; b) to support the education and training of HUBER+SUHNER AG employees, their family members, and other individuals in financial difficulties; c) to support HUBER+SUHNER AG employees and trainees in financial difficulties, as well as in the areas of leisure activities and housing or similar areas; d) to support charitable, non-profit, and cultural endeavors in the region of the main locations of HUBER+SUHNER AG, as well as other locations of the HUBER+SUHNER Group. No benefits may be paid from the foundation's assets and income for which the company is legally obligated or which it typically pays as compensation for services rendered (e.g. cost-of-living, family, and child allowances, bonuses, etc.).
