The company's purpose is: a) all operations in the real estate sector within the limits provided by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, in particular: advice in the field of real estate and architecture; the execution of management mandates; all brokerage operations; the execution of mandates for expert opinions and valuations of properties; the administration of condominium properties; the purchase, sale, construction, transformation, and development of real estate of all kinds, notably as a general contractor. b) the operation of a fiduciary office, notably all activities in the fields of accounting, taxation, and finance. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
