The company's purpose is the operation and management of one or more agricultural domains, and all activities in the agricultural field, including the performance of work for third parties as services or labor, the trade of agricultural products and goods, including fertilizers and phytosanitary products, the leasing, purchase, and sale of agricultural machinery. It may, as an ancillary activity, carry out mechanical, metal, and hydraulic maintenance and repair operations and the supply of spare parts for agricultural or non-agricultural machinery and vehicles. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable, and immovable operations, excluding those prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the corporate purpose.
