Académie du gai savoir en cuisine, Fondation Evelyne et René Gessler

The foundation, which aims to be of public utility, has the purpose of perpetuating the work of the founders in favor of Swiss gastronomy and its actors; awarding an annual cash prize to a particularly deserving and talented young chef; ensuring the sustainability of the publication of the magazine Plaisirs Gastronomie & Voyages as well as the guide La Suisse Gourmande; managing all documents and works made available by the founders.
