The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to these purposes; it may, in particular, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire enterprises with identical or analogous purposes, or merge with such enterprises, carry out all operations, and conclude all contracts aimed at developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties.
