The core activity of Acrima AG is real estate management, particularly the administration and maintenance of residential and commercial properties in Basel and its surroundings. This includes administrative and technical services such as carrying out renovations, communication with owners, tenants and authorities, construction management, construction accounting, defect reporting, management of condominium ownership, convening and leading owners' meetings, periodic property inspections, creation of property condition reports, contract management of maintenance and repair work, handling of damage and insurance cases, as well as the creation of annual property accounts and budgets.
