The association aims to advise, protect, care for and represent employees and other interested parties (natural and legal persons) residing or domiciled in Switzerland in the following areas: social security, social assistance and health care; work, labor market and unemployment; immigration, integration and emigration; inheritance and taxes. The association also carries out research activities, studies, conferences, seminars, meetings and publications in the above-mentioned areas, and can promote cooperation with state or private organizations. The association provides assistance in resolving disputes and in the processing of administrative procedures with the public administration as well as with other public and private institutions, in order to obtain the benefits provided for by the administrative regulations. In pursuing the protection of rights in the above-mentioned areas, the association represents the interests of its members before administrative and conciliation authorities as well as before judicial authorities in the non-monopolized area on a mandate basis. For the exercise of its activities, the association uses offices and counseling centers located in Switzerland. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit.
