The foundation's purpose is: to combat corruption crimes, conflicts of interest, and human rights violations, particularly by politically exposed persons and their entourage; to combat the impunity of multinational corporations in violations of fundamental human rights; to defend and preserve the rights of victims and whistleblowers before any national or international jurisdiction; to develop and strengthen, both in Switzerland and abroad, mechanisms and structures that allow for the investigation, accountability, and punishment of those responsible for corruption crimes, conflicts of interest, and human rights violations; to promote the causes defended by the Foundation among civil society, relevant professions, national or international interest groups, state authorities, and international organizations, as well as any other relevant actor; to manage and supervise the compensation of victims and whistleblowers; to obtain the freezing of ill-gotten assets, their restitution to the countries of origin, and to manage their proper allocation and use. The foundation does not pursue any lucrative or commercial purpose.
