To develop, exploit and manage renewable energy projects, in particular in the fields of geothermal energy, critical material extraction, photovoltaic energy and wind energy. Furthermore, the company will participate in carbon capture, utilization and storage activities, energy storage solutions, as well as the development and management of data centers, artificial intelligence-based solutions and observation and surveillance technologies, direct and indirect, contributing to the energy transition. The company may also carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, movable and financial operations, in direct or indirect relation to its purpose, in any form whatsoever, including in the form of participations in projects, research and development initiatives, companies and technologies related to low-carbon energy production and computing infrastructure, including data centers and artificial intelligence, as well as in other sectors contributing to the energy transition and carbon footprint reduction, without strict limitation to the energy sectors mentioned above. The company may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, found or acquire any company pursuing a similar or complementary purpose. The company may grant loans or other direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and to any other company in the group, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and may also guarantee their obligations to third parties in any manner, including through pledges, assignments or transfers for security or guarantee purposes of any kind, remunerated or not, even if these guarantees and securities exclusively serve the interests of the direct or indirect shareholders or other companies in the group. Furthermore, it may operate or associate with the companies mentioned above in cash pooling/centralization of net liquidity, including periodic balance adjustments. It may also provide guarantees to creditors for debts contracted by its direct or indirect subsidiaries and by any other company in the group, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries.
