The association's purpose is as follows: Supporting cultural diversity and integrating Ukrainian culture into world culture; Promoting cultural exchange between Ukraine and Switzerland; Mediating contacts between artists and cultural institutions; Organizing and conducting art exhibitions and cultural events; Supporting literature, culture, urban research, and establishing connections between educational and scientific institutions; Covering administrative costs related to such events and activities with a view to promoting the association's purpose; Supporting cultural projects and events that are suitable for promoting the development of artists and the promotion of art; Operating art galleries to promote and publicize Ukrainian visual arts; Covering the costs of exhibitions and storage of works by Ukrainian artists. The association does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes. The association pursues its purpose in accordance with the legal or officially recognized criteria for tax-exempt associations. Within the framework of its purpose, the association may carry out all legally permissible legal transactions and, inter alia, acquire or dispose of participations in legal entities, either for a fee or free of charge. The association is politically and denominationally neutral.
