The company's purpose is to acquire, sell and hold participations, manage and finance them, and invest directly or indirectly in a diversified venture capital portfolio. Furthermore, the company may be active in real estate projects in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, industrial or property-related activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
