Yoga classes

Weekly classes in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga & Breathing and Yoga Nidra, with multiple time slots during the week and on Sunday.

Guided meditation

Guided group meditation, offered once a month with Blandine, with a session of about 45 minutes and time for discussion.

Gong bath

Lying-on-the-floor gong bath sessions, with symphonic gong and Feng Gong, aiming for deep relaxation, meditation and calming the mind.

Sadhana

A collective spiritual practice open to everyone, every first Saturday of the month early in the morning, at a pay-what-you-want price, with kriya, Japji recitation and chanting of mantras depending on the dates.

MUNZ FLOOR®

Floor-based movement practice accessible to everyone, based on slow, spiral and three-dimensional movements to release tension, mobilize the body and regulate the nervous system.

Sôma-Yoga, sensitivity and femininity

Workshop cycle for women around Sôma-Yoga, somatic movement, breathing and Yoga Nidra, with a thematic progression and attention to situations of vulnerability.

Kundalini Yoga teacher training

Annual teacher training in French-speaking Switzerland, guided by Noémie Navkiran Kaur and Mehdi Hari Kartar Singh, with 240 hours of teaching, modules, an immersion week and a certificate.

Room rental

Occasional rental of a practice room of about 70 m2 for events, especially on weekends, with mats, cushions, blankets, kitchen, shower and capacity for up to 20 people.

Yoga and meditation workshops & retreats

Occasional workshops and retreats around Kundalini Yoga, breathing, meditation, mantra chanting, somatic movement and awareness.
