The purpose of the company is to conduct commercial transactions of all kinds, in particular, but not limited to, the manufacture, procurement, logistics, storage, promotion, marketing and distribution of products of the adidas Group (Group), as well as providing consulting and other services to companies of the Group and to third parties. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, whether by way of loans or other financing or by providing security of any kind, whether against payment or not. The company may also conclude cash pooling agreements with other group companies. The company may acquire, encumber, hold, manage, exploit and sell real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the purpose of the company or are related to it.
