The purchase, sale and rental of cars, trade, maintenance and repair of new and used vehicles, as well as all marketing operations related to its purpose and all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
