The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, holding and management of crypto assets of all kinds, in particular cryptocurrencies, and participations in companies and corporations of all kinds (with the exception of all activities subject to authorization by the laws on financial markets within the meaning of the Federal Act on the Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority), all operations in the real estate sector, including the purchase, holding, renovation, rental and sale of real estate, management, promotion (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE) as well as all activities directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if this serves its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs; carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
