The company's purpose is to invent, manufacture and market sustainable consumer goods, in particular environmental education games, on its own account and/or on behalf of third parties, to promote their research, development, production and distribution, both in Switzerland and abroad. By disseminating these environmentally friendly products, the company aims to contribute to improving the environment. The company may provide environmental education services. The company may assume representations in the same branch, participate in similar companies both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as carry out all securities and financial transactions connected with the company's purpose, suitable for developing the same. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, intermediate, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subordination procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE.
