The purpose of the company is the development, implementation, and marketing of digital solutions, products, and technologies, as well as the provision of services in the digital sector. In this context, the company can establish, operate, and manage digital innovation centers, platforms, and similar facilities. The company can set up branches and subsidiaries both domestically and abroad, and participate in other companies both domestically and abroad, as well as engage in any activities that appear suitable to directly or indirectly promote the company's purpose or are related to it. The company can acquire, hold, manage, encumber, exploit, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights both domestically and abroad, as well as finance other companies. The company can grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries. It can provide securities of all kinds for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved), including pledges on or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, or provide guarantees, enter into sureties, or secure or guarantee the obligations of these other companies, whether for a fee or not.
