The company's purpose is the design, manufacture, maintenance, rental and trade of all products, materials and equipment related to light aviation, in particular aircraft, gliders, paragliders, hang gliders, parachutes and their accessories. It may act on its own account or as an agent; it may acquire and exploit all patents and trademarks in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees of any kind to third parties or to its shareholders. The company may also: a) carry out all financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter provided they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); b) take participations in other companies; c) in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad. The company may have subsidiaries or establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
