The company's purpose is to carry out coordination and technical, commercial assistance activities, particularly in the real estate sector. In these sectors, the company may, in particular, carry out: -market research and identification of investment opportunities; -execution of technical and economic-financial feasibility studies; -project management and project financing activities; -strategic consulting on investment policy and diversification. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with applicable laws. Any activity carried out in the real estate sector is not directed towards third parties but is limited to real estate for its own account. The company may, on its own account and not in a fiduciary capacity, acquire interests and participations in other industrial, commercial, financial and service companies or enterprises in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the company's purpose or in other sectors. The company may also carry out activities related to the granting of loans, guarantees, including mortgages, sureties and guarantees, also in favor of third parties, excluding, however, the exercise of banking and insurance activities. Finally, the company may carry out all commercial, industrial and financial operations deemed necessary or useful and functionally connected with the company's purpose or aimed at achieving it, and open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
