The company's purpose is to analyze, study the feasibility, recommend, connect with national and international universities or affiliated entities, produce and train for the implementation of higher education programs with fundamental or applied research projects and audit academic programs. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its social purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
