The company's purposes are: a) the operation of an agricultural business; b) all activities in general in the field of agriculture and management of all agricultural work, of any nature; c) the purchase, sale, import, export, processing and marketing in general of all products related to agriculture and the operation of an agricultural business; d) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; e) the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; f) the granting of loans or advances to its members or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by members or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
