To carry out the following activities: 1. The import and export of goods, notably in the field of agriculture (fertilizers, seeds, vegetable oils, etc.) and in the field of raw materials related to energy; 2. All operations in the energy sector, including the trading and management of energy resources and products; 3. The processing of oilseeds; 4. All services in the field of logistics and distribution; 5. The management of companies in Switzerland and abroad; 6. The holding of assets and shares in foreign companies (particularly in Ukraine); 7. The acquisition, development, and management of real estate in Switzerland and abroad. With regard to real estate acquisitions in Switzerland, these will be limited to buildings with exclusively commercial use. 8. The development, holding, and management of trademarks in Switzerland and internationally; 9. The acquisition of shares in all types of Swiss or foreign companies and enterprises, excluding all activities prohibited by the LFAIE. With regard to real estate holdings in Switzerland, these will be limited to companies with exclusively commercial use; 10. Any financing and investment activities; 11. Any services and consulting for group companies in matters of operation and administration; 12. The exercise of all activities related to maritime transport, notably, the acquisition, operation, and management of ships, time and voyage chartering, maritime agency services, freight transport, maritime consulting, technical management and crew management, maritime brokerage, bunker services, and all support services related to maritime transport and logistics. Furthermore, it may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable, or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in all forms, in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
