directly or indirectly, both in Switzerland and abroad: marketing, import, purchase and sale, export, representation and all other commercial, financial or industrial activities directly or indirectly related to pharmaceuticals, medical devices and cosmetics; all activities on its own account or on behalf of third parties of all commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose in Switzerland or abroad, and participation in other companies in Switzerland or abroad, including any real estate promotion activity, except for all operations subject to the LFAIE; and, in general, all operations, of whatever nature, directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or to any other similar or related purposes, except for all operations subject to the LFAIE.
