The company's purpose is any activity in the real estate sector, including, but not limited to, the ownership of buildings, the purchase, sale, brokerage, administration, management, leasing, promotion, construction, or renovation of buildings, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may contract or grant loans to third parties. It may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its activities as well as all other operations likely to promote the purpose and interest of the company.
