The company may, directly or indirectly in relation to its purpose: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate operations, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE, participate in any enterprises or activities in Switzerland or abroad, create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its partners or to third parties if this promotes its interests.
