The company may conduct transactions with or for the benefit of related parties, including their direct and indirect shareholders and other group companies, namely grant loans to these persons or issue guarantees, sureties, pledges or other securities to secure their obligations, in any case whether for a fee or not and even if these legal transactions are in the sole interest of the related parties. The company may establish and manage branches and subsidiaries domestically and abroad for its own or third-party account, may participate in other companies domestically and abroad, may hold majority or minority interests in other companies and may acquire, hold, encumber and dispose of real estate.
