The foundation aims, on the one hand, to continue, preserve and promote the naturopathic ideas of the founder and the companies he founded, in particular A. Vogel AG (formerly Bioforce AG), Roggwil TG, A. Vogel Gesundheitszentrum GmbH (formerly A. Vogel Biologische Heilmittel GmbH), Teufen AR, and other economically or financially closely related companies, as long as this does not jeopardize the continued existence of either the companies or the foundation. On the other hand, the net surplus, which remains after deducting the reserves, provisions and donations, in particular to the staff welfare institutions of the companies, as well as the expenses and costs required for the functioning of the foundation and the management of the foundation's assets, which are deemed necessary by the foundation board for the achievement of the aforementioned purpose, shall be allocated to institutions designated by the foundation board that correspond to the Christian ideas of the founder.
