To provide any advisory, management and assistance activities in the field of mergers, acquisitions, transmissions, strategy and corporate restructuring, as well as in the identification and analysis of investment opportunities, acquisitions or sales of participations, and all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
