The company's purpose is to establish, acquire, manage and dispose of participations of any kind; to invest and manage capital; to acquire, build, manage and dispose of real estate that can be acquired by persons abroad without authorization under applicable Swiss regulations, as long as the company is considered a person abroad under this legislation; and to establish branches, both nationally and internationally. The company is authorized to conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or is suitable for promoting it. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, as well as to third parties, for consideration or free of charge, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such persons or group companies, including guarantees, pledges, and fiduciary transfers of the company's assets. In addition, it may engage in or participate in liquidity balancing/net liquidity centralization (cash pooling) with group companies, including periodic balance adjustments, without consideration, on preferential terms, interest-free, excluding the company's intention to make a profit, and assuming cluster risks.
