Alpgenossenschaft Altstätten

The Alpgenossenschaft Altstätten aims to achieve, through mutual self-help: the successful summering of livestock belonging to its members and non-members, provided that the grazing capacity allows it; the maintenance of the productivity and sustainable management of its alpine pastures; the sustainable management of the forest and the preservation of its functions; the administration and management of its alpine pasture in the Dischmatal valley of the canton of Graubünden (GR). The cooperative can lease, sublease, acquire, sell and manage alpine pastures and properties.
