The safeguarding of the interests of its members, as well as the promotion of the production, processing, and sale of Valais cheese, in accordance with the following provisions and the regulations enacted in conformity therewith. In particular: a) to promote the manufacture of Valais cheese; b) to improve the quality of Valais cheese; c) to support efforts to advance the manufacturing techniques of Valais cheese dairies; d) to advocate for the protection of the origin of Valais cheese; e) to promote the marketing of Valais cheese; f) to ensure a regular supply of the market with Valais cheese; g) to ensure a fair milk price for producers; h) to ensure a fair margin for cheese dairies (cf. statutes for complete purpose)
