The company's main purpose is to offer private aircraft ("business jets") for rent and leasing, organize flights on private aircraft ("business jets") and provide spare parts and aircraft components. The company may also, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its associates and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates and third parties, - secure these loans by issuing pledges and mortgage bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
