The company's purpose is the management, administration and coordination of affiliated companies, as well as the provision of strategic, financial and operational consulting services, both for its partner companies and for third parties in Switzerland and abroad. It may act as a holding company, develop and implement international expansion strategies, manage participations in other companies, and offer specialized consulting services to the tourism, mountain sports and corporate sectors, without directly engaging in operational activities in these sectors. The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: - Create branches or subsidiaries, take participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - Carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding transactions subject to the authorization regime under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE)) directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, in particular, when permitted by law, acquire, manage, operate and sell real estate; - Grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
