The company's purpose is to organize and carry out guided outings, training sessions, and trips in the field of mountain activities, as well as to transmit knowledge and skills that promote the safety, autonomy, and personal development of participants. It aims, in particular, to provide the expertise of its collaborators in the fields of mountaineering, rescue, and progression in alpine terrain. The company may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations (concerning immovable operations, only from the perspective of the permanent establishment), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its partners and/or stand in solidarity, guarantee or act as a surety for loans granted by third parties to its partners.
