The company's purpose is the purchase, sale and management of commercial or residential real estate, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners, as well as all activities related to the company's purpose. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. - carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commission agent, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties. - grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
